  • My Approach

I look forward to working with you to build a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, respect, and open communication. My areas of specialization include helping navigate issues around intimacy, sex, and gender, as well as addressing the complex challenges of addiction and trauma. I firmly believe in creating a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences without fear of shame or stigma. As a sex-positive therapist, I provide support in embracing sexual identities and desires, and am affirming of 2SLGBTQIA+ identities and non-monogamous relationships. Whether working with individuals or couples, my aim is to foster understanding, healing, and growth in all aspects of relationships and personal well being.

  • My Philosophy

I believe that effective therapy is built on a foundation of collaboration, respect, and self-reflection. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership, where you are empowered to explore your own insights and take an active role in the healing process. I am committed to working alongside you to foster a deeper understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. This is related to my value of respect for each person’s unique journey and belief that lasting change comes from creating a space where you can feel safe to experience emotions, look inward, and grow at your own pace.

  • My Why

I have always been fascinated by the way we connect and how those connections shape our lives. My work focuses on understanding how attachment issues, trauma, and struggles with addiction affect relationships and personal well-being. I'm also deeply interested in how sexually oppressive social norms influence how people experience and express their emotions and relationships.
