  • My Approach

My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs and goals. Before we dive into any specific method, we’ll openly discuss different therapeutic styles to find what resonates with you. I believe therapy should feel both purposeful and personalized—grounded in what works best for you.

  • My Philosophy

I believe that the way we see and move through the world is shaped by our individual life experiences. No two paths are the same, and neither are the challenges we face. Life can be painful—suffering is a part of the human experience—but within that pain lies the possibility for growth, resilience, and self-discovery. As we move through difficult seasons, we don’t always have to do it alone. Sometimes, we need someone to walk beside us—to offer perspective, support, and a steady presence. I believe that you already carry the strength and tools you need to heal, and with the right guidance, we can access those inner resources together. I’m deeply invested in getting to know who you are and what has shaped you. Through a collaborative, client-centred approach, we’ll build a strategy that aligns with your values, your goals, and the unique person you are. Healing takes time, but you don’t have to do it alone.

  • My Why

For me, it’s never been a question of who will face challenges, but when. I come to this work not only with professional training, but with lived experience. Growing up with adverse childhood experiences, I’ve come to know suffering firsthand. My path has been shaped by resilience—the kind that’s forged in the face of hardship and sustained by a deep belief in what’s possible. As the first in my family to earn a university degree, and as someone who has completed a full Ironman, I know that growth, healing, and transformation are possible with the right support, strategy, and determination. I believe in creating a future that’s not only prosperous, but also emotionally rich and fulfilling. When we take the time to understand how our struggles have shaped us, we can begin to build the confidence and self-trust needed to move forward. I believe every person holds the potential to emerge stronger, more grounded, and more connected to who they truly are. My purpose is to walk alongside you as you access that potential and create meaningful, lasting change.
