  • My Approach

My approach is mainly grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which emphasizes growing resilience, exploring your values, and building therapy goals that emphasize these values. I also often draw from other techniques. For example, you might notice that I invite you to question unhelpful thoughts or beliefs (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), name and describe emotions as they emerge (Emotion-Focused Therapy), or use metaphors and storytelling (Narrative Therapy). All in all, I am perceptive and flexible, and always happy to get feedback from clients. If you want to try something new, I am all ears!

  • My Philosophy

I believe that struggle, although deeply uncomfortable, is an inevitable part of being human. Life will hand us things we didn’t choose, can’t control, and wouldn’t wish for, no matter our circumstances. My goal as a therapist isn’t to “fix” or “cure,” because that only lasts until the next setback appears. Instead, I aim to help clients build a way of being that allows them to face life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. Rooted in existential, intersectional, and client-centered values, my approach honours the idea that clients know themselves best. I’m here to support clients in exploring who they are, what they believe, and what it means to live a meaningful and authentic life.

  • My Why

I became a psychologist because I’m drawn to the moments people often keep hidden: when the performance drops, the mask slips, and something real and raw emerges. I’ve always been fascinated by how people make sense of themselves, especially when old roles stop working and self-worth feels tangled in perfectionism, identity, or appearance. For me, this work is about helping clients untangle those stories with compassion, insight, and a touch of honesty. I don’t believe healing has to be tidy, but I do believe it can be deeply meaningful.
