  • My Approach

In my approach as a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I work from an attachment-based lens. This means that I focus on understanding and addressing the impact of early relationships on individuals’ emotional well-being. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. I also incorporate humour, as it can help foster connection, promote resilience, and contribute to the healing process.

  • My Philosophy

I believe that therapy is beneficial for everyone. By exploring our past experiences and emotions, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves in the present. I aim to empower clients and create an open environment where they feel supported and free to express themselves. Together, we can work towards healing and personal growth.

  • My Why

I want to be a part of creating a warm and welcoming space for individuals to feel safe when exploring their experiences, working towards healing and personal growth. For me, it is about empowering clients and making a positive difference in their lives.
