  • My Approach

Practicing from a place of cultural humility and inclusivity, my approach is collaborative and holistic. Working together towards a shared goal, I aim to create a safe space for you as you take the next step towards wellness. I’m trained in evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method, allowing me to tailor my interventions to best suit your needs.

  • My Philosophy

I appreciate that life can be challenging and that seeking help can be daunting. I believe that therapy is collaborative and that every person is unique. Through our work together, I aim to create a place for you to express your story and work together to reach your goals.

  • My Why

It is a privilege to work with and learn from my clients. Mental health impacts all aspects of people’s lives, and I have a genuine passion to walk alongside as individuals, couples, and families explore their experiences and begin a new way forward.
