I’m trained in evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method, allowing me to tailor my interventions to best suit your needs.
I appreciate that life can be challenging and that seeking help can be daunting. I believe that therapy is collaborative and that every person is unique. Through our work together, I aim to create a place for you to express your story and work together to reach your goals.

Sabrina’s fees are:
50-Minute Session: $220
80-Minute Session: $330
Our therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance provider or benefit plan. To confirm your plan’s coverage, please contact your insurance provider.
Sabrina’s appointments can be direct billed to Alberta Blue Cross, ASEBP, GreenShield and Medavie (which includes Veterans Affairs and RCMP).
Don’t see your insurance listed?
If we’re unable to direct bill your insurance provider, you’ll be able to submit the receipt we send at the end of your session to your insurance provider for reimbursement yourself.
