People are all unique and their therapy should be the same. Whether you want to explore your gender identity, work on your anxiety or work through depression, we can tackle that together. Are you grieving a loss or struggling to overcome your past? My office is a safe space to process those events. I would love to be part of your journey and help you discover how to take life off hard mode and improve your mental health and wellbeing.
As a therapist, I am dedicated to using evidence-based strategies to help you discover what life can be like with better mental health. I use my background and experience with therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman’s Couples Therapy and EMDR to help you discover what will work best for you. I also draw from my experience with LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse communities.
I love reading, painting, board games, yoga, and trying new restaurants. Fun fact: I use to have a pet kangaroo when I lived in Australia!
