  • My Approach

As a therapist, I am dedicated to using evidence-based strategies to help you discover what life can be like with better mental health. I use my background and experience with therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman’s Couples Therapy and EMDR to help you discover what will work best for you. I also draw from my experience with LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse communities.

  • My Philosophy

People are all unique and their therapy should be the same. Whether you want to explore your gender identity, work on your anxiety or work through depression, we can tackle that together. Are you grieving a loss or struggling to overcome your past? My office is a safe space to process those events. I would love to be part of your journey and help you discover how to take life off hard mode and improve your mental health and wellbeing.

  • My Why

I became a therapist as I believe strongly that everyone can use some support from time to time. I have had many people who walked alongside me during difficult times and I want to be there to provide my knowledge and support for others. Therapy is a collaborative process where together we can create a safe space for personal exploration, learning new skills or dealing with difficult situations. I am a firm believer that change is possible and better mental health is available no matter your circumstances. As a therapist, it is my privilege to work with others as they figure out what this means for them.
