I always seek to create an environment that allows you to feel heard, seen, and safe. When things feel too much or heavy, I hope I can create and hold space for you. Depending on your needs, we may use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more.

However, too often we don’t address the pain that others can’t see. A lot of the time, the hardest part is getting started and here you are! Let’s take the next step together in learning how to heal.
I am, unfortunately, part of the large population impacted by trauma at a young age. I know how detrimental enduring such experiences can be and want to be the support for others who may have had the same or similar experience. I knew that my life purpose was to make meaning of my adverse experiences, and helping others who have gone through tough struggles means a lot to me.
