  • My Approach

I offer a compassionate and inclusive space where diverse backgrounds and experiences are honoured and respected. A space where clients feel heard, validated, and understood. My therapeutic approach is grounded in existential, client-focused, culturally safe, trauma-informed, solution-focused, and strengths-based frameworks. I am certified in the renowned Gottman Method for couples therapy, as well as the groundbreaking Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), known for its rapid results. Whether you're grappling with trauma/PTSD, OCD, grief, depression, or addictions, ART has shown remarkable efficacy, often achieving transformative outcomes in just one session. In my sessions, be ready for some laughter, tears and aha! moments. Whatever you are going through, you don’t have to face it alone!

  • My Philosophy

An adventurer at heart, I view life as the ultimate adventure with its unexpected challenges, exciting victories and profound revelations. As a therapist, I am here to accompany you while you accept the past, embrace the present and cultivate resilience for the future. I am a life scholar of human suffering and the eternal pursuit of happiness, approaching the subject from psychological, philosophical and spiritual perspectives. Coming from a strong background in Vipassana meditation and yoga practice, I weave the body-mind connection, science and intuition into an individualized holistic therapeutic approach.

  • My Why

It is humbling and honouring to be sitting across from an individual or a couple and feel the deep human connection that comes with a therapeutic relationship. I chose to be a therapist to have honest, real, deep conversations and connections with people. To facilitate their journey of transformation and healing. To feel the heat waves and goosebumps as the magic of therapy happens, and they develop a deeper understanding, acceptance, and growth. Somehow, I am part of that process — and that gives meaning to my life.
