  • My Approach

My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to your individual needs. I provide a safe space for you to take on new challenges. Therapy can sometimes feel like we’re working on a puzzle together, searching for missing pieces, devising plans, and rallying for resources. As with puzzles, the richest outcome is not always arriving at the goal, but the working alliance we develop along the way.

  • My Philosophy

Life issues can sometimes feel you’re stuck in fog, struggling to find the clarity beyond. Giving yourself the time to learn and grow can be one of the best investments you can make. I work from a solution-focused lens, providing you with a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings. By asking the right questions and providing continuous support, I help clients gain insight, increase well-being, and reach their goals.

  • My Why

When I was teaching children and teenagers, it became apparent to me how mental health issues were affecting the academic achievement of students. I also realized how little support was available to parents. This led me on an educational journey in psychology and I’ve never looked back! I am passionate about helping the caregivers of children better understand how to support their children’s needs. Whether working with parents or working with individuals and couples on other issues, I feel privileged to walk alongside them on their journey towards well-being.
