I take a warm and compassionate approach to my work with individuals, children, and families, and I enjoy using gentle humor. I take pride in work that is thorough, comprehensive, and individualized to the specific and unique needs of clients. As a researcher, all of my work is also grounded in the most current research evidence.
My theoretical approach to assessment is integrative and strengths-focused. My practice is guided by ecological systems theory, meaning that I am very aware of the multiple systems within which we are all embedded and that impact our day-to-day lives and experiences. I take the position that all individuals have strengths that can be built on- and through assessment, I hope to help facilitate access to those strengths.
I love working with people. I am honored to hold space for stories and to help people make meaning of their stories in a way that roots them to a hopeful place. Assessment opens up possibilities for new ways forward, and I do this work to play a small part in helping people see those possibilities.
We understand that navigating psychological assessment costs can feel complicated and even overwhelming, so we’re here to help make it as clear and transparent as possible. This fee includes clinical interviews with the client and relevant sources, observation sessions, testing, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and the feedback session, which can vary by assessment and individual.
