  • My Approach

Our first meeting is just the beginning of getting to know each other. As we connect, I’m confident you’ll start to see my sense of humour and warm, friendly personality. I draw from a range of tools in my ever-growing toolkit, including cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy. My approach is always tailored to fit your unique needs.

  • My Philosophy

My approach to therapy is strength-based, person-centred, intersectional, and trauma-informed. There’s no need to rush the process—I'm here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.

  • My Why

As someone who struggled with my own mental health in high school, I made a promise to myself to become someone who could support others through their toughest moments—because no one deserves to struggle alone. I'm passionate about meeting you where you're at and truly listening to your story. Sometimes we all just need a space to vent and be heard. Through both my work and volunteer experiences, the need for accessible mental health care has only become more clear to me, and I know I chose the right path in making this my career.
