  • My Approach

As a Registered Provisional Psychologist and therapist, I am warm and friendly, and I strive to create a safe, judgment-free zone for my clients. I also like to use humor when appropriate, as I find that many individuals use it as a way to cope with difficult situations!

  • My Philosophy

Therapy, to me, is a profound journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. I believe in the power of human connection and the importance of creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, gain insight, and develop the tools they need to thrive. Healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all process - it’s deeply personal. My approach is shaped by a blend of evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed care and client-centered therapy, allowing me to draw on modalities that best suit each individual client.

  • My Why

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of healing through connection and understanding. Through both personal and professional experiences, I’ve seen how transformative it can be to have someone truly listen, validate, and support you through life’s challenges. I wanted to be that person for others - to create a safe space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. Helping others find clarity, resilience, and self-acceptance is not just my career; it’s my passion.
