Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about therapy and our services.

Yes! Wheelchair access is located at the back of the building, as that is where it was placed during the building’s development.

If you will be using the accessible entrance, we want to make sure your experience is as seamless as possible! Please give us a call before your arrival, and we will do our best to assist you.

Yes! Our therapy services are covered by most insurance providers; please note that your insurance coverage depends on your provider, as well as your plan. Whether or not we can successfully direct bill them may still depend on your insurance plan and/or the type of therapist you have attended a session with.

In the event that we are not able to direct bill to your plan, you can still submit your therapy receipt for reimbursement! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at whyte@divethru.com or 587-415-4910. As always, we’re happy to support you!

We request that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment so we can open that time slot for someone else in need. For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, we will charge the full session price.

We’ve made getting started as easy as possible! To book your very first appointment, create a profile and complete our matching tool. Once you’ve set up your profile and found your match, you can easily book all from the website or app.

If you would prefer assistance, please reach out to our team at whyte@divethru.com or call us at (587) 415-4910.
