  • My Approach

My focus is on improving the health and well-being of clients. I have been in health care for 30 years and bring a unique combination of education and experience to assist clients in improving their health and well-being. Whether the focus is on personal or professional development, understanding the interconnection between physical and mental health is essential to overall health.

  • My Philosophy

My focus is to assist clients to achieve their desired outcomes. I have been a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Registered Nurse (RN) for almost 30 years and understand the physiology of the body. This knowledge, combined with an understanding of mental health as a Provisional Registered Psychologist, allows me to assist my clients in understanding their own interconnection of physical and mental health.

  • My Why

After becoming a nurse (RN) and during my education to be an NP, I wanted to keep learning more. It was in the process of doing my Masters in counselling that I realized I enjoyed helping people differently. My goal is to assist my clients in finding their goals and achieving their outcomes, supporting them along the way.
