  • My Approach

It is my goal to help clients facilitate their own change and healing, rather than directing that process. I practice therapy in a non-directive, supportive, and empathetic manner. My gentle and casual demeanour fosters a collaborative therapeutic partnership.

  • My Philosophy

It is my belief that therapy is a vital part of self-care and that anyone can benefit from seeking mental health support at any time. I offer person-centred and trauma-informed therapy for individuals of all ages, from children to adults.

  • My Why

I chose to become a therapist because therapy has played a crucial role in my own self-care throughout my life. I also love engaging in deep conversations and witnessing people overcome obstacles and thrive.
