  • My Approach

As a Mental Health Therapist, I aim to guide adults and youth through client-centered care by creating a safe, judgment-free zone. In the therapy setting I have utilized components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy.

  • My Philosophy

Therapy, to me, is a space to get to know yourself. On this individualized journey, you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and feelings. My approach is shaped by a blend of evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed care and client-centered therapy, allowing me to draw on modalities that best suit each individual.

  • My Why

I became a therapist because I believe that sometimes we just need a safe space to discuss whatever challenges we are facing. No conversation is too big or too small to bring into the therapy space. I want to be a person that others feel comfortable to share their experiences with, and be able to provide them with tools to help them grow.
