    As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals on their unique paths toward exploration, growth, and connection. My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, with curiosity about how early experiences – including the role of religion and spirituality – shape our sense of self, relationships, and worldview. I bring a culturally responsive and systems-informed perspective to therapy, recognizing how identity, environment, and community influence well-being. I support individuals in setting boundaries, building self-compassion, and navigating life’s complexities in ways that feel authentic and empowering. I also value humour in therapy as it can be a powerful tool for connection, resilience, and healing. Above all, I intend to co-create a warm, inclusive space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to show up just as you are.

My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Rates + Direct Billing

Savneet’s fees are:

50-Minute Session: $220

80-Minute Session: $330

Our therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance provider or benefit plan. To confirm your plan coverage, please contact your insurance provider.

Savneet’s appointments can be direct billed to can be direct billed to Alberta Blue Cross, ASEBP, GreenShield and Medavie (which includes Veterans Affairs).

Don’t see your insurance listed?

If we’re unable to direct bill your insurance provider, you’ll be able to submit the receipt we send at the end of your session to your insurance provider for reimbursement yourself.
