  • My Approach

There is no right or wrong way to do therapy, you are in control of your therapeutic experience. I use an integrative approach to therapy that is rooted in humanistic and attachment-based principles. I believe therapy has to be collaborative. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities that tailor our work together to meet your personalized goals. If you have a topic in mind or are not sure where to start, we can figure it out together.

  • My Philosophy

My background in social work has strengthened my belief that we all have the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience. I approach mental health through a holistic lens, guided by the principles of equity, empowerment, and advocacy. As Brené Brown says, “We are wired for connection,” and I deeply value the humanity and compassion that define our relationships. We thrive when we feel connected to others, and I work to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported.

  • My Why

Working in the mental health world is both challenging and rewarding in so many ways. I do it because I’ve struggled with my mental health and am deeply appreciative to those who have supported me along the way. My hope is to give back by being a safe and supportive person for others while they navigate their own rocky roads.
