  • My Approach

My counselling style is warm, friendly, and approachable, with thoughtful directness applied when it supports healing and growth.

  • My Philosophy

My therapeutic approach is anti-oppressive, feminist, intersectional, and trauma-informed. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, Jungian, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices to support clients in navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity exploration, and life transitions. I strive to create a space where you can feel seen and heard—where you can express your truth and explore patterns that no longer serve you.

  • My Why

I chose to become a counselling therapist because supporting others feels natural and fulfilling to me. As the eldest daughter in my family, I’ve always carried a strong sense of responsibility and care for those around me. In my social circles and workplaces, I often embody a “big sister” role—offering guidance, empathy, and support. This experience has shaped my compassionate and grounded approach to therapy, helping me connect deeply with clients and better understand their journeys. Becoming a therapist allows me to channel this energy into meaningful, healing work.
