Registered Provisional Psychologist

“Hello! My name is Natasha, and I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist who is passionate about creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported, just as they are. I believe that everyone is deserving of care and compassion, regardless of their past or present circumstances. My goal is to be a reliable presence for anyone who may need someone to talk to, and to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. With honesty, dedication, and a non-judgmental approach, I strive to support the whole person – your strengths, your struggles, and everything in between. I am honoured to be part of your journey as you cultivate self-reliance, deepen your confidence, and reconnect with your true self in the direction that feels most aligned.”

Natasha focuses on life transitions, stress, self-esteem, depression, and employment challenges.

  • My Approach

My approach to therapy blends authenticity, warmth, and practicality. I aim to create a space where you can show up fully – where your experiences are met with compassion, curiosity, and the occasional well-timed laugh. I bring both empathy and honesty to the work, offering a grounded, objective perspective while honouring the deeply human aspects of healing. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I believe in reciprocity – while I hold space and guide the process, your insights, voice, and feedback are essential. Together, we’ll shape sessions to meet your needs, whether that means reflective conversations, structured tools, creative exercises, or even a bit of homework. I hope you leave our time together feeling a little lighter, breathing a bit deeper, and feeling more empowered in your next steps. While therapy can ask us to sit with discomfort, I aim to balance that with a sense of hope, humour, and lightness. My foundation is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with integration from Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Gestalt Therapy – always adapted to what best supports you.

  • My Philosophy

I believe everyone has mental health, and it's okay to need support, whether you're facing something acute, ongoing, or hard to name. Life brings challenges, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. You are not too much, and your experiences are worthy of care and understanding. My approach is grounded in a humanistic, trauma-informed, and client-centered perspective. I view therapy as a collaborative process where your lived experience is honoured, and you remain the expert in your own life. I value power-sharing, authenticity, and cultural responsiveness, and I’m committed to creating a space where support feels accessible, personalized, and rooted in respect. At its core, my work is about walking alongside you – supporting your whole self with curiosity, compassion, and care.

  • My Why

I chose to become a Registered Provisional Psychologist because I know what it feels like to need support and not know where to turn. Some of the loneliest moments in life can happen when people surround us, yet still feel unseen or unsupported. I’ve carried a deep commitment to being the kind of presence I once needed – someone reliable, compassionate, and who makes you feel understood, valued, and grounded. I’m passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and believe that access to care should never be a privilege. Everyone deserves support that feels safe, affirming, and within reach. I’m especially dedicated to making mental health services more accessible and inclusive, so that no one has to navigate life’s challenges alone.
