    I believe therapy doesn’t always have to be a structured form of communication; it should be flexible and adapt to your individual needs. Our sessions can involve humor, be heavy or light. You can take a moment of silence or cry your heart out. You are in the driver's seat, and the flow, as well as the pace, is yours! By working together, you and I can make therapy a little bit easier.

I offer a friendly and warm environment where you can be yourself without any judgment. My approach not only addresses your concerns but also values your individuality and uniqueness. As a culturally considerate and client-centered therapist, equipped with the right knowledge and tools, I believe I can support you on this journey.

  • My Why

    Having gone through my own journey, I’ve discovered that self-empowerment is the key to healing and becoming the best version of oneself. My education in psychology has deepened my compassion and empathy for others, helping me understand that everyone’s struggles and experiences are unique. Providing a safe space and environment allows individuals to embrace who they truly are, and I want to offer that to those who come to therapy. Taking the first step toward therapy can be tough, but the entire process doesn’t have to be.

Manjinder’s fees are:

50-Minute Session: $220
80-Minute Session: $330

Our therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance provider or benefit plan. To confirm your plan coverage, please contact your insurance provider.

Don’t see your insurance listed?

If we’re unable to direct bill your insurance provider, you’ll be able to submit the receipt we send at the end of your session to your insurance provider for reimbursement yourself.
