  • My Approach

My approach embraces the full spectrum of the human experience, encompassing moments of joy and celebration as well as times of pain, struggle, and everything in between. I aim to create a warm, engaging, and compassionate space where you feel safe to explore your emotions and experiences without judgment. Together, we will work to build understanding and create meaning in a way that resonates with you. Additionally, I bring a practical focus to our work, offering tools, strategies, and psychoeducation to support you in navigating challenges and fostering personal growth. My goal is to empower you with both insight and actionable steps, ensuring that our work together is meaningful and supportive.

  • My Philosophy

My clinical philosophy is rooted in collaborative care, where we work together to explore what truly matters to you. I prioritize inclusivity and safety, drawing on anti-oppressive and intersectional frameworks to ensure that your autonomy, dignity, and choice remain central. Our work will always be guided by trauma-informed and harm-reduction approaches. I understand that life can be challenging and that meaningful change takes time. Together, we will progress at a pace that feels right for you, with the goal of fostering a deeper connection to yourself and the relationships around you.

  • My Why

Human beings matter to me. I deeply care about people and the connections that ground us. The human experience can be challenging as we navigate our personal hopes and dreams, societal expectations, and the complexities of relationships. I firmly believe that we are not meant to go through this alone—being there for one another is a vital part of what makes us human.
