  • My Approach

My approach to therapy includes a few different styles such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I adapt my approach to meet the needs of each client, whether that means being direct, incorporating humour, or offering a more reflective, supportive approach. I love to work with children, teens, adults, and families. In addition to talk therapy, I incorporate various modalities such as Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Movement Therapy to support clients in a more holistic way.

  • My Philosophy

Therapy can feel intimidating or overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. It’s not just about addressing the challenges we face; I believe therapy should also celebrate the positive qualities and strengths we contribute to the world. I take a holistic approach to therapy and deeply value what clients bring to the process, whether it's humour, fresh insights, new perspectives, or unique strengths.

  • My Why

I have always been deeply passionate about building connections, meeting new people, and discovering what makes the human experience so unique. It is truly an honour to be part of people's journeys and to hear how they perceive and experience the world. I am passionate about lifelong learning, and the diversity of psychology ensures that I am always gaining new insights and expanding my knowledge.
