  • My Approach

I am a welcoming and comforting therapist—motivating, trauma-informed, and grounded in multicultural awareness and sensitivity.

  • My Philosophy

With a background in psychiatry, clinical psychology, neurosurgery, and experience working in both medical and community-based settings, I bring a holistic and evidence-based approach to care. My work is informed by my experience with diverse populations, including Indigenous communities across Canada, and guided by the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and transformation when given the right support.

  • My Why

Providing hope for people in need is my hobby. I believe in the betterment of each human, and once one's mind is lost, I always wanted to be that lighthouse when the darkness and uncertainty become unbearable.
