  • My Approach

As a therapist with a social work background, I not only hold a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients, but also provide wrap-around services for them. I ensure they know about the services that are available to them when needed, and operate from a trauma-informed lens. I employ the use of strength-based modalities and allow my clients to take me on their life journeys. Together we will celebrate your wins and tackle your challenges!

  • My Philosophy

Life is a journey that must be travelled, no matter how bumpy the roads are. We are sometimes so focused on arriving at our destination that we forget to enjoy the ride. On our journey through life, we must equip ourselves with the necessary skills to overcome challenges, thrive, and become better versions of ourselves. These skills help us become better individuals, partners, parents, friends, siblings, and citizens. Our stories and experiences impact us in several ways, including how we think, feel, and act and are all important to who we are and who we become! I am here to walk alongside you on your earthly journey!

  • My Why

Therapy for me is personal because I understand firsthand the impact of trauma, as I have had both personal and professional experiences. I understand the need to be validated, supported and understood, and I want to be that shoulder for people to lean on in difficult times. I am passionate about creating a non-judgmental space for people to thrive, be vulnerable and build important skills to overcome life challenges.
