Our rates per session are:

$220 per 50-Minute Session

$330 per 80-Minute Session

Our therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance provider or benefit plan. To confirm your plan coverage, please contact your insurance provider

We offer direct billing with most insurance plans.

Please note: We do not offer direct billing for Psychological Assessments.

Our rates are reflective of the rates recommended by the Psychological Association of Alberta.

  • Is there parking?

    Yes! We have a free parking lot with multiple spots directly in front of our studio!

  • Is the location impacted by the LRT construction?

    While there is LRT construction around our studio, the construction is not blocking the entrances into our complex and free parking.

  • Is the building wheelchair accessible?

    Yes! Wheelchair access is located at the front of the building. If you’ll be using the wheelchair access, we’d love to hear from you with a quick email in advance—we want to make sure you have a smooth and easy experience accessing our studio.

  • Do you directly bill to insurance providers?

    Our therapy services are covered by most insurance providers; please note that your insurance coverage depends on your provider, as well as your plan. We also offer direct billing to select providers. Whether or not we can successfully direct bill them may still depend on your insurance plan and/or the type of therapist you have attended a session with. In the event that we are not able to direct bill to your plan, you can still submit your therapy receipt for reimbursement! 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We request that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment so that we can open up that slot time for someone else who may really need it. For cancellations that are less than 48 hours in advance, we will be charging the full session price.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    Whether you’re booking individual, couples or family appointments, the process is the same! To book your very first appointment, create a profile first. Once you’ve got your profile set up, you can browse your therapist’s schedule for openings and book whenever you’re ready! Jot down your username and password and in the future, all you’ll have to do is log in to book your appointments.

  • How do I pay for my session?

    When booking your session, the platform will prompt you to enter and save your credit card information. To book an appointment, you have to have a card saved on file. At the beginning of each session, the clinic coordinator will ask you if it is OK to charge your credit card. If you choose not to charge your credit card, you can pay in cash or debit. If you are attending a virtual session, your credit card will be charged before or shortly after your session.

  • Do you offer sliding scale?

    At DiveThru, we have a Reduced Rate Program that you may be eligible for. To apply for the program, check out the Reduced Rate Program page on our website.
