She thinks it’s important to normalize conversations surround mental wellbeing because she believes everyone deserves to feel well in all facets of the word. Tricia feels mental health is often left out of the conversation and hopes we can collectively make a shift to focusing on how we physically AND emotionally feel.
Journaling has impacted her life by helping her create more awareness around how she’s emotionally doing. It’s helped her completely shift her whole perspective around tuning in with how she feels.
For new Divers, her advice is to trust the process.
